General Conditions and Product Repairing


1-) Renewing or repairing operations of a product are subject to customer’s approval and receiving the payment(S) .
2-) Offers for OBS (On Board Service) operations will be made after necessary assessments. Additional malfunctions detected during the fixing operations will be added to current offer upon customer’s approval and realisation the payments.
3-) OBS fee is 150 Euro/hour
4-) Reparing process will start upon customer’s approval by fax or e-mail.
5-) In case of sending the defective products to our factory by customers, packaging and cargo responsibilities are belong to customers.
6-) Deliveries are done by “Technical Service request Form”. Parts or products which are replaced during the service operation are under the guarantee of producers.
7-) KDV is NOT included.
